As an Entrepreneur, you're the star of the show, but it's not all glitz and glamour. After all, if starting a business were easy, everyone would do it. Since it's anything but easy, WEX is one place to get help and support, and meet some people who are as passionate about their businesses as you are about yours.
We're a Winnipeg-based group of entrepreneurs, and entrepreneur-supporters. Our members are business owners, business service providers, and people with an interest in facilitating the growth of businesses in Manitoba. Our objectives - informally - are mentorship, education, networking, and fun.

Our Official Mandate
Act as a facilitator in fostering an environment which promotes doing business in Manitoba with Manitoba-owned businesses;
Promote and facilitate the creation of new businesses and expansion of existing small-to-medium sized businesses in Manitoba;
Articulate challenges experienced by Manitoba’s entrepreneurs to federal, provincial and municipal governments and lobby government on issues relevant and supported by Manitoba-owned businesses that will enable Manitoba businesses to prosper;
Offer programs and events that offer value to entrepreneurs. The events will focus on education (professional and leadership development), mentorship (formal and informal), business networking (leads generation) & social networking (fun);
Act as a hub for information and links to resources that are of interest to entrepreneurs.
